Beyond the Exhale
October 24 2026 at Fitness Science Corp 369/379 terminal avenue Vancouver.
1.5hrs class all about breathing. We will cover loads of stuff in this one, like using positional drills to help with ribcage expansion and learning how fully stretch and fully mobilize our diaphragm for ease of breath and movement. Breath plays into every system in our body and can be an immense tool for performance and stress resilience. Expect to learn new ways to improve ease in your breath and how to use breath to help pain, recovery and endurance. No experience necessary, and this workshop is about as injury safe as it gets.
